The CPUC “Docket Card” application at https://apps.cpuc.ca.gov/apex/f?p=401:1:0 may be used to search for relevant Proceedings such as A.16-08-006, the Proceeding which proposed to needlessly shut down Diablo Canyon Power Plant (DCPP) by 2025. CGNP was the lone party of 55 which forcefully advocated for DCPP extended operations. Allowing for DCPP extended operations was the final Decision in A.16-08-006. See D.22-12-005 Decision Implementation of Senate Bill 846 on December 6, 2022. CGNP has continued to advocate for DCPP extended operations in many Proceedings since December, 2022.
